Golf Outing with Cocktail/Appetizer Reception. Includes: Small Bucket of Balls before Tee-Off, 9 holes, cart, prizes and cocktail reception. Golf plus the cocktail Reception $40 per person; Cocktail Reception only  $25 per person. 

Golf Outing 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Shotgun Start at 2:00 p.m.

Cocktail Reception 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Participants not registering with Eventbrite may drop off cash or check at the CANAPI main office. Call ahead to make arrangements (330.252.1559). Deadline to register is August 7th.
