Lavender Landing

Welcome to our newest program!

Lavender Landing is a collection of programs that help homeless and at-risk LGBTQ+ young adults (ages 18-29) to achieve housing stability.

CANAPI helps do this in the following ways –

• Rapid Rehousing: this program provides short-term rental assistance at an eligible apartment of the client’s choice along with supportive services. To be eligible for this program, you must be literally homeless and low-income.

• Transitional Housing: this program provides temporary housing and supportive services in a shared living environment. To be eligible for this program, you must be literally homeless.

• Outreach: this program provides short-term assistance to help you move into permanent housing including but not limited to security deposits, 1st month’s rent, and household supplies. To be eligible for this program you must be unstably housed or homeless.
